Reiki & Energy Healing

A gentle, personalised energy healing session designed to help you slow down, reconnect and restore balance within the mind, body and energy system.

As a Reiki Master, I use Reiki as the foundation of your session, intuitively incorporating elements of chakra healing and sound healing where appropriate.

We’ll begin with a short conversation about how you’re feeling and anything you would like to focus on. You’ll then relax fully clothed on the treatment bed while I work with your energy through gentle hands-on or hands-off Reiki, chakra balancing and sound.

Each session is unique and may support deep relaxation, emotional and energetic balance, grounding, clarity and a greater sense of connection to yourself.

No previous experience with Reiki or energy healing is needed — simply come as you are.
